Grief Ship is here to navigate the unchartered wild waters of loss, grief and death. Where we talk about the things most people avoid… until we can’t.
For the griefy, the adrift, and the brave.
Welcome aboard.

Grief Ship.
Loss, grief and death… some of the most human of human experiences, and yet modern life has largely decided we should deal with them quietly, quickly, and preferably elsewhere.
Grief Ship was built as an alternative.
Not to dull the pain or fast-forward the heartbreak (that is the journey). But to bring language, creativity and ideas, to support the days and nights, while we ride on.

Ahoy Griefy.
Ahoy Griefy.
Where we say hello to grief. We get to know it. We listen to it. We move with it. We make space for it (and sometimes a little noise).
Ahoy Griefy is home to resources, creative practices and experiences that explore the vastness, depth, and alchemic power of grief and what it means to become your own griefy expert.

One Last Thing.
One Last Thing.
The one no one wants to think about. Or talk about. Or bring up at dinner.
One Last Thing is where we get death-curious. We look at end-of-life planning, anticipatory grief, death duties, farewells and rituals, the hard conversations, and what we like to call the 3am questions (you know the ones).

Shaping Grief Ship.
Tor White is a creative director and strategist, kundalini yogi, apprentice to grief, loss and death, and a death doula.
Grief Ship has been taking shape for some time, inspired by many people and experiences: both the shipwrecking pain of loss, and the wild and transformative threshold that grief can be.
PS: If you are under water right now, please reach out. I'm at the end of an email, snorkel ready.
